Just wanted to share this. This is what Dahn masters do at night. :) We stand on our hands and walk around! It's called "HSP 12 steps" HSP (Health, Smile, Peace) and 12 steps from step#1 - pushups to step #12 - handwalking (36steps).After a full day of taking care of the center and the members, we train hard at night to stay physically strong and mentally clear.
A lot of these people handstanding never even tried this before, and are well into their 30's. And if you've ever attempted something like this after 30, you know how challenging that can be. Gotta give props.
